So what is the deal with pill popping to lose weight. I know that some people find it hard to lose weight, but pills are not the answer. The answer is to eat healthy food and exercise. It is about will power. But for those who choose to take pills...here are some that claim they are safe. My advice...learn self control and exercise!!! It will make you feel healthy overall. Sleep is important to staying healthy. I know for those of us who go to classes, do homework, have a job, try to maintain a social life and who have a bunch of exams and prjoects due soon because finals are just weeks away...it is tough to get the amount of sleep we need each night. This said, it is necessary for us to put the amount of sleep we get ahead of other things at times so we feel energized and healthy. It is hard to do well on these exams and projects coming up if we do not get proper rest. It is also shown that getting the proper amount of sleep can help those of us who want to shed those extra few pounds!
