So here is another benefit of working makes you smart and beautiful! I guess that after you work out you have a 20 to 30% increase in your mental function...hmm...maybe I should exercise right before a big exam. Moderate exercise is also beneficial when you have a simple cold because it increases your air flow and helps you to get well. Exercising of some sort on a daily basis is very beneficial to our bodies for several reasons...not just to lose weight! So even when we are tired of exercising or feel that we do not need to lose any more weight...there are many reasons we should continue our exercise regimens!

For those of us who are women attending college in the Potsdam/Canton area, I seriously recommend that you go to the Mirror Lake Inn for relaxation and spa treatment. Finals are coming up soon and many of us are going to be extremely stressed out. A day or two at this spa should relax even the most stressed out person!

Many of us who are young do not pay too much attention to how many vitamins we are getting...especially calcium. Calcium is important for healthy teeth and bones, and other things such as low blood pressure, colon cancer, and weight loss. There are 13 essential vitamins that our bodies need and many of us don't even know what those vitamins do for us. I know it is easier said than done, but we need to start eating healthier as a country because the amount of obese and just unhealthy people in this country is unbelievable.
